Are commissions negotiable?

By law, real estate commissions are negotiable. The pricing of Greater Salt Lake City and Park City Utah real estate service varies by level of service and consumer needs. Most agents charge between between 4 and 6 percent for full service and not all offer the option of paying a fee for an individual service.
