Holladay is a lush green old treed city located close to Salt
Lake City with great access to the mountains and easy freeway access.

incorporated city of its own is generally bounded by 3900 S to 6600 S.; Van
Winkle to Wasatch Boulevard.Holladay has a high level of community
involvement and sense of décor...at least it will once the downtown renovation
construction is complete.Many of the
older homes are being refurbished or leveled and rebuilt on.The lots are generally .25 acre or larger. There are excellent public schools with Olympus
High and Skyline High both rated top schools in the state.The proximity to Millcreek
Canyon and Big Cottonwood canyon gives
numerous nearby recreational opportunities and shelter from the big canyon
winds that hit most of the Salt
Lake Valley.Downtown Holladay
is in the process of redevelopment to create a more pedestrian shopper friendly
atmosphere.
